The processing of the data is aimed at fulfilling legal and contractual obligations, in particular, accounting and administrative obligations relating to the agreed services and specifically:

How do we receive information on users?
We receive personal information from various sources:
When the User voluntarily provides personal information to register with the Site;
When you use our Site or access it in connection with the use of our services ;

Legal basis of processing
The legal basis for the processing is constituted by tax and accounting law obligations (registration, invoicing, etc.) and the contractual relationship concluded between the parties, as well as for contact data by the Controller's legitimate interest in using the data for the purposes indicated.

The parties to whom the data may be disclosed in the performance of the contract or relations are:
banks to proceed with agreed payments
tax consultants to proceed with tax and accounting fulfilments
parties authorised by us to process the data
Data retention period
Data will be retained for at least 10 years after the termination of the relationship, unless there are ongoing disputes and/or different tax or regulatory provisions.
For contact data, on the other hand, retention will be for the period of the duration of the contractual relationship.
Obligation
The provision of data is not compulsory, but refusal to process it may make it impossible to proceed with the timely fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations.
Type of treatment
The data will be stored in our archives and their processing, which may be carried out by electronic and/or paper means, shall include all the operations or set of operations provided for by Article 4(2) of the Regulation and necessary for the processing in question, namely: collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Persons authorised to process
We have also appointed persons expressly authorised to process data.
Data transfer abroad
There are no plans to transfer your data abroad, in particular outside the EU.
Rights of the data subject
The data subjects have the right to obtain from the Controller, in the cases provided for, access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Art. t 5 et seq. of the Regulation). The appropriate request is submitted by contacting the Data Controller.
Data subjects who consider that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out by the Data Controller is in breach of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
